X-fix C routing template
Base plate
The template is made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel mounting bushes that can be replaced when worn.
Stops
The adjustable stops are located on the underside of the template.
Attachment
It can be attached either with screws or lever clamps.
Milling guide
Consists of anodized aluminum with special plain bearings. The router is hooked into the safety routing guide with the locking plate. This allows you to work safely and without tiring.
Locking plate
The locking plate is made of plastic and is screwed to the underside of the router.
Contour ring
Attaches to the locking plate with a locking ring. During milling, the contour ring slides along the template and the stops and thus scans the milling contour.
Fine tuning
The milling contour is adjustable so that the clamping force of the wood connection can be regulated.

Milling cutter with reversible blade
The cutters have a ø20mm cone shank and are screwed directly into the cone of the router with a double-threaded nut.
Different overall lengths are available, the diameter is 30mm, the working length is 60mm.
A contour ring is required for routing along the template.
Dimensions - milling depth
It can be milled to a depth of 90mm.
X-fix L routing template
Base plate
The template is made of anodised aluminium, the router is screwed directly onto the base plate and hooked into the guide profile.
Guiding profile
The guide profile 80x40mm consists of 2 anodized aluminum profiles with a length of 150cm each which are screwed together with profile connectors to a total length of 300cm. The router is hooked into the guide profile with the base plate. This allows you to work safely and without tiring.
Attachment
The guide profile can be fastened either with screws or with lever clamps.
Lateral guidance
The lateral guide is set to the desired milling center distance.

Profile milling cutter with exchangeable blade
The profile cutter has a cone shank ø20mm and is screwed directly into the cone of the router with a double-threaded nut.

Milling can be done on the top or on the front.
