Components
Base plate
The template is made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel mounting bushes that can be replaced when worn.
Scales
Scales made of black anodized aluminum with light engraving for high reading contrast, resistant to solvents and mechanical stress.
Attachment
Fastening can be done either with screws or with mounting brackets with lever clamps.
Milling guide
Consists of anodized aluminum with special plain bearings. The router is hooked into the patented safety routing guide with the locking plate. This allows you to work safely and without tiring.
Locking plate
The locking plate is made of plastic and is screwed onto the soleplate of the router.

Contour ring
Attaches to the locking plate with a locking ring. During milling, the contour ring slides along the template and the stops and thus scans the milling contour.
Angled and tilt-adjustable stops
The template can be used at an angle, as with stair treads, or with the angle setting at an angle, as with strut offset.
Angle setting in degrees or percent
The exact inclination can be set on the angle setting scale in degrees or percent.

Milling cutter with reversible blade
The cutters have a Ăž20mm cone shank and are screwed directly into the cone of the router with a double-threaded nut.
Different overall lengths are available, the diameter is 30mm, the working length is 60mm.
Dimensions
The template is 400mm wide and 770mm long. The maximum milling area is 310x550mm, the maximum incline is 20 degrees.
Special shapes
Form plates can be made according to customer requirements, these are attached to the base plate with four screws.
